Speakary Privacy Policy

Speakary is a product of OpenHeight LLC (doing business as Speakary). Effective August 25, 2026.

What Speakary is

Speakary provides a business phone number: calls, text messages, voicemail, and an AI assistant that can answer when you don't. This policy covers what we store to make that work, and what happens to it.

What we collect and store

What we don't do

Who processes data for us

Speakary runs on infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf: Telnyx (telephony, messaging, and AI voice), Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), and Apple (push notifications). Text messages to and from mobile carriers pass through the carriers themselves.

Retention and deletion

Voicemail audio and call recordings: 90 days. Messages and photos: 24 months. Call transcripts, assistant summaries, and other call content: 24 months. Account and business records: for the life of your account. If you cancel, your number is held for 30 days so you can port it out or restore the account. When you delete your account (Settings → Delete account in the app, or email support@openheight.com), your business line stops and your phone number is released back to the carrier immediately — port it out first if you want to keep it — and all account data, including recordings, transcripts, and photos, is permanently deleted after a 30-day grace period.

How we treat your call content

Customer call content is never used to train, tune, or evaluate AI models. We do not create voiceprints or use speaker identification, and we do not analyze call content across customers. The assistant works only from the business information you approve during setup.

Opt-outs

When one of your customers texts STOP, we record that preference durably and stop messages to them. Opt-out records survive account deletion, because honoring them is a legal obligation that outlives the account.
